Group Information and Policies

Payment and Confirmation

Payment in full is requirement three weeks prior to arrival date. Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted. A check with your reservation number written in the memo section is also accepted.

Cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a 12-month period. Changes to the reservation must be made 3 days prior to arrival to receive a refund.

A confirmation packet outlining reservation details and other important information will be sent to the contact person.

Parking

Cars and vans with clearance less than 8' 10" can park in the Discovery Place Parking Deck for an additional charge. Parking for larger vehicles is available at an off-site lot with shuttle service for bus/van drivers (weekdays only).

Lunch

Space for groups to eat bag lunches is available and must be scheduled at the time of reservation. Lunches may also be purchased through Discovery Place, please inquire about options.

Where do we park?

Can we bring a bag lunch?
Yes, bag lunches are permitted at Discovery Place. You will need to schedule a lunch time when making your reservation

Is there lunch available for purchase at Discovery Place?
Yes, box lunches are available for purchase. Please call for options.

When is payment due for our group outing?
Payment in full is due 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?
In order to receive the group discount, you must purchase a minimum of 15 tickets.

Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
Wheelchairs are available complimentary and can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis at the time of check-in.

Do you offer stroller rentals?
We do not currently offer stroller rentals but you may bring your own stroller to the Museum.
