PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full 3 weeks prior to your visit in the form of cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. Purchase orders are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. Late payments may result in the cancellation of reservations.

EXCHANGE FEE
Due to the demand for tickets, an exchange fee of $2 per ticket will be charged for a change in ticket time.

DEADLINES
Advance notice of at least 3 days is required to confirm the final number of attendees in your group. Please note that additional tickets may not be available for your scheduled ticket time if the number of participants increases after the initial reservation is made. Tickets for the A Day in Pompeii exhibition includes Museum admission at no additional charge. Ticket times cannot be changed or exchanged for group visits on the day of the event.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Groups must arrive at check-in 30 minutes prior to your ticket time. The group coordinator/organizer should report to Will Call for tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost.

MOTORCOACH ACCESS AND PARKING

	Motorcoach and group drop-off and pick-up access from 6th Street.
	Free parking is available at an off-site location with shuttle service provided to the bus driver back to Discovery Place.
	Discovery Place staff are available to assist group coordinators

Be sure to allow plenty of time in your tour schedule to visit Discovery Place Store. Give the wonderful and wacky, from magnets to microscopes, Discovery Place Store offers many unique items and keepsakes including exhibition memorabilia.
