Due to the demand for audio guides, Discovery Place cannot guarantee their availability at the point of sale.

The coordinator or organizer should pick up tickets at Will Call at least 30 minutes prior to the first ticket time. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are void if the perforated portions are detached.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Discovery Place reserves the right to admit guests into the exhibition to fill ticket times. Please note that additional tickets may not be available if the number of participants increases after the initial reservation is made. Ticket times cannot be changed or exchanged for group visits on the day of the event.

Due to the high demand for tickets, Discovery Place cannot guarantee entry into the A Day In Pompeii exhibition for late arrivals.

PAYMENT
Payment for all exhibition tickets, IMAX and programs is due at the time reservations are made or 3 weeks prior to your visit. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®. If paying by check, please include the reservation number on the check. Refunds will not be issued on unused tickets.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. Late payments may result in the cancellation of reservations.

BUS ARRIVAL AND PARKING
School groups must arrive at check-in 30 minutes prior to your ticket time.

	Bus drop-off and pick-up access from 6th Street.
	Free parking is available at an off-site location with shuttle service provided to the bus driver back to Discovery Place.
	Discovery Place staff are available to assist group coordinators.

LUNCHES
Lunch space is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Bag lunches must be contained in boxes or coolers labeled with your group name. If your group plans to purchase lunches in Discovery Place Cafe, you must place your order at least one week in advance by calling Eurest Dining Services at 704.343.2885 or 704.343.2887.
