Discovery Place Summer Camps offer learning and fun for all ages, all summer, all over town.

Look out summer, here we come! Get ready to fizz, bubble, create, build and sleuth all the science you can out of summer!

A cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required for a full refund. Camps with low enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start date are subject to cancellation. If cancellation occurs, you will be notified and given the opportunity to select another Camp or receive a refund.

There will be signs and staff to help you identify the drop-off location. And, the pick-up location is the same as the drop-off location, (how easy is that, hooray?!) Use the address of the Camp that you selected (Museum-uptown, Pineville, Huntersville or Carolinas Aviation Museum).

Pack a nut-free snack and an easy-to-open and close drink bottle if you’re staying for a half-day Camp, include lunch if you’re lucky enough to stay for a full-day Camp. Full-day Campers at Discovery Place - Uptown Museum may also pre-order delicious and nutritious lunches from the Museum’s Community Café. Download the pre-order form (look to your right in the Resource section)or just call us (704.372.6261 x300) and we’d be happy to help. You need to submit the pre-order lunch form the Wednesday before your Camp begins.
